Last friday I was at home and I suddenly was hungry in the afternoon, but I had nothing good to eat, so I decided to prepare a very quick Plumcake with orange juice and evo oil recipe and I drunk it with a cup of tea: this is one of the VM recipes made with love. This a chance that people who work at home have: if you want to cook, you can do it and that’s it 😀
It’s very simple to prepare the plumcake and you can also use the fork. The first thing that you have to do is pressing the orange and kepping the juice in a glass. Break the eggs and put them in a bowl. Add the salt and the sugar. In another bowl add the flour and the baking powder and mix them together. Join the flour and the baking powder to the eggs and mix together again. At the end put the oil and mix together till its lightly creamy. Pour into a greased loaf tin and put in a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees for about 1 hour.
